This month, while the Improvised History and After Dinner Mint crew enjoy a much-deserved break to get ready for the next new season - we’re thrilled have the opportunity to unleash the latest cool new thing - Musical Comedy Night at The Rozzie Square Theater, starring Uncomposed!.
When: 4th Saturdays in the summer; June 22, July 27, August 24, 2024
Uncomposed is a fresh new musical improv team with a mix of talented performers from the greater Boston area, including many familiar faces from The Rozzie Square Theater! The group crafts hilarious scenes and sings fully original songs in real-time, and includes multiple talented musicians who perform both on stage and on keys. The night concludes with an all-access musical improv jam, where anybody can get on stage to join the fun
From the team’s lead, Nicki Agilar-Thomson, “I’ve always loved musical improv and I’m so excited to have the chance to share it with more people! I’ve been making up and singing little songs to myself since I was a kid, and I think a lot of people have the same experience. That’s one of the reasons why I think this show is going to be especially fun because it also includes a jam portion where anyone can get up and play.”
